Are your prices including GST?
We are not GST registered, so the prices shown are the final prices — no GST is added.
Can you really launch in 14 working days?
Yes, for Starter and Growth sites, counted from the day we have your content (services, areas, photos, logo). We send a simple checklist so nothing holds it up. Online shops take a little longer.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and you can move hosting at any time. Subscription sites can be bought outright after the minimum term.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in for one-off packages or care plans — cancel monthly plans with 30 days’ notice. The $0-upfront subscription has a 12-month minimum because the build cost is spread over that time.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We build the foundations search engines reward and show you what changes.
Can you write reviews or testimonials for us?
No. Reviews must come from real customers. We give you templates and a routine to ask for them after each job.
Do you work outside Auckland?
Yes — we work with businesses anywhere in New Zealand by phone and video call.
