Busy Week Digital (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you give us — such as your name, email, phone number, business name, industry, current website, the package you are interested in, your timeframe and your message. Our website may also collect basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and spam prevention.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• To schedule and deliver our services
• To keep records required for business and tax purposes
• To protect our website from spam and abuse

Marketing messages

We only send you tips, reminders or offers by email or text if you tick the marketing box on our form or otherwise agree. Every marketing message includes an easy way to unsubscribe, as required by the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam. If we enable advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, they may set cookies to measure the effectiveness of our ads. We will update this policy when such tools are enabled.

Storage and security

Form submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and are only accessed by our team. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business (for example, hosting and email), or when required by law.
